What is prenatal massage?

A prenatal massage is a full body massage performed by a certified prenatal massage therapist that is similar to a Swedish massage (like what you might experience at a spa) except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.

Can I lay on my stomach?

We offer enhance massage experience with pregnancy massage pillows. Massage Adaptations for Pregnant women are one of the best ways to allow for massage well into the third trimester. These pillows make it perfectly safe for you to lie face up, face down, and on your side without any undue risk of discomfort

I have been going to Alberta Spine and Sport for a few years now and I could not be happier  with the treatment  I have recieved, whether it be physio or chiropractic. I have had two shoulder surgeries and have gained full range of motion and strength due to the amazing physiotherapist I have worked with.

This past June I had to have a partial knee replacement and again I achieved full range of motion, thanks to the awesome Physiotherapist I work with.

From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the ladies at the front desk, you know you are in good hands, and will recieve top notch care.
